Job Description

Compensation includes salary and incentive on every sale. Prior experience in real estate sales is a MUST.

Excellent communication skill in English.

Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals.

Should have knowledge about CRM

Reporting to Senior Sales & Team Leader.

Good with Excel (Sales report area statement etc.)

2 to 3 yrs in real estate only.

Contacting and following up with new prospective clients and setting up site visits

Build relationships with new clients.

Attending existing clients at site and coordinating with them on the phone, handling incoming enquiry calls, preparing daily lead generation report, sourcing, CRM, following up with leads, preparing prospect list networking.

Conduct surveys to identify price of competing properties on the housing market.

Participate in seminars, conferences, and events to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal network.
