Job Description

Job Roles:

• Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals

• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

• Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential leads; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process

• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

• Ability to establish contact with Key people, well versed with Social media Platforms

• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

• Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM (Zoho) software

Required Skills:

 Work experience as a Inside Sales, Sales, Telecalling executive or a relevant role

 Creative skills

 Proficiency in English

 Analytical skills

 Ability to build rapport

 Good spoken and written communication skills

 Negotiation skills

 Time Management and planning skills

Qualification:

• PUC (+2) or any Bachelor’s degree

• Relevant Experience of at least 2 to 4 years in Sales/Business Development
