Responsibilities:

Acquire and maintain knowledge of Billing software products.

Represent Company in a professional manner to customers and prospects

Execute sales initiatives and strategies

Contact customers and prospects by telephone and email

Ask questions to identify needs and qualify leads

Offer benefit-driven solutions based on needs

Document prospect information, conversation details, and outcomes

Schedule followup activities with customers and prospects

Prepare quotes

Take sales orders

Maintain account relationships

Qualifications:

Some college, Bachelor's degree preferred

Friendly and outgoing personality

A desire to help others

Well-developed listening, verbal, and written communication skills

Attention to detail

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications / Ubuntu

Willingness to work as part of a team

Openness to receiving frequent feedback
