Work Responsibilities:-
Oversee the sales process to attract new clients and communicate with new clients.
Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.
Maintain fruitful relationships with clients.
Research and identify new market opportunities.
Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.
Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
Keep prospective client database updated.
Make cold calls for new business leads.
Support in writing new business proposals.
Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company.
Follow company guidelines and procedures for the acquisition of customers.
Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
Procure new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
Attend networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
Suggest update or add products and services on the behalf of client's interest.
Create business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
Equip staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
Review clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
Remain in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
Send daily reports to senior management.
