Job Description:
? Maintain professional working association with new as well as existing Influencers such as
Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants, Builders, System Integrators, among others.
? ·Explore business opportunities & convert potential leads for Building Management Projects,
AV / VC / ELV Projects, Home & Office Automation, & other range of products.
? Responsible for end-to-end lead closure & execution in assigned geographical regions.
? Making cold calls and presentations to potential end clients to maximize business.
? Undertake online & offline sales promotion activities for the above mentioned products.
Required Skills
? Candidate should have inclination of working with Architects, Builders and other key
influencers. Having an expertise / experience in BMS / Automation projects will be a plus.
? Candidate should be comfortable in a target oriented sales role.
? Candidate should have a knack for travelling and meeting new people. Should be able to
breakthrough challenges and have a result driven approach.
? Candidate should be polished in communication skills. Fluency in English, Telugu and Hindi
languages is a must. Willingness to learn and undertake required training.

? BBA or equivalent experience in Marketing sales
