We are interested in hiring a dedicated & hardworking individual as a Tele caller to join our sales department. Your main goal is to boost our sales by reaching out to the potential as well as to the existing students.
As an ideal candidate, you should be an excellent communicator along with convincing abilities, great report writing skills, and phenomenal telephone etiquette are essential for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and explaining the services offered by the company
- Cold calling prospective students using script
- Obtaining student information and other relevant data
- Asking questions to the students and understanding their specifications
- Resolving queries and issues related to the process & the services
- Maintaining the database of the students on a regular basis
- Suggesting universities based on student’s needs & requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ working experience as a tele-caller, tele-marketer or a similar role in the sales department
- Professional certification sales & marketing will be an advantage
- Great interpersonal skill
- Exceptional oral & written communication skills
- Added advantage if you can speak (Hindi & Telugu)
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required
- Ability to meet targets
