Roles & Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation from Different Sources like Web, Cold Calling, Pamphlet Distributions, Events, using the leads provided or customer referrals Etc.
• pitch the Unique Features of the Project to the Potential Customers,
• Promote properties with ads, listings, and open houses.
• Co-ordinate appointments to show property specification to prospective buyers and addressing their queries.
• Contacting and following up with new prospective Clients and setting up new business opportunities.
• good Communication and Sales Capability with excellent Presentation Skills.
• Communicating with Telecallers and show the listing to the prospective clients.
Requirements and Allowance:
