Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead Generation from Different Sources like Web, Cold Calling, Pamphlet Distributions, Events, using the leads provided or customer referrals Etc.
pitch the Unique Features of the Project to the Potential Customers,
Promote properties with ads, listings, and open houses.
Co-ordinate appointments to show property specification to prospective buyers and addressing their queries.
Contacting and following up with new prospective Clients and setting up new business opportunities.
good Communication and Sales Capability with excellent Presentation Skills.
Communicating with Telecallers and show the listing to the prospective clients.
Requirements and Allowance:
