We are hiring for ISR (Entry level Sales Representative-GT)
• We are looking for the candidate who has thorough knowledge of the geography and willing to travel.
• Locations – Hyderabad & Bangalore
• Have good communication skills and business knowledge
• Individual contributor / Entry-level sales work / Knows fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of sales
• Sales experience of at least 1 - 3 Years in a FMCG / food Company’s
• Notice period – 15-30 days
Job Role in brief
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers - Service personally his / her set of retailers and ensure their requirements are met in time
• Ensure prime visibility for products sold
• Follow FIFO at outlets to reduce/zero market returns
• Ensure agreed Primary/Secondary Sales and Collection targets are achieved
• Liaise with others on market execution standards
Job Purpose
Builds business by identifying and selling our products and maintaining relationships with customers (primarily Retail Shop Keepers / General Trade Outlet).
Responsible for meeting the sales target and ensures all sales and fulfilment processes are executed as per the agreed time frames
