Our growing company is looking for experienced and ambitious Media Sales. The primary objective of this role is to drive online media sales with the goal of driving significant revenue and establishing brand position among online advertisers
Responsibilities:
Identifying, Sending advertising proposals and closing ad sales deals with direct advertisers & agencies.
In-depth understanding of Content Sales, Online display, Banner selling, Sponsored ads.
Come up with new ideas towards seasonal sales.
Updation of media kit and prepare customized marketing packages
Preparing sample advertisements for clients.
Build, manage and scale a revenue pipeline with advertisers, agencies and maintain a threshold of Ad Sales revenue on a monthly basis
Persuading clients to purchase company advertising services by communicating the benefits of various types of advertising.
Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
Achieving monthly and quarterly targets for online ad sales
Good to have:
Knowledge of different communication modes like Email, Telegram and discord
Prior experience in selling Branded content, native advertising and display ads in media houses
Attention to detail in everything. Champions ad-space, properties, and campaigns internally to help drive revenue further.
Ability to independently implement the sales plan
Sound knowledge of marketing principles and techniques.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Established network and contacts with Digital & traditional media Agencies
Needs to have strong contacts and relationships in the industry across clients and agencies like ad networks, direct media buyers, crypto exchanges, wallets, Coins, etc.
Must be aware of terms like CPM, CPC, Display Selling.
Location: Gurugram / Noida
NOTE: Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in Online Media Industry.
