About The role :
- The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities, by using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers
Responsibilities :
- Handle customer requests and queries to convert them to accounts.
- Take up a proactive approach to ensure resolution and high customer satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Recommends potential services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Prepares service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information and reporting product malfunctions.
Required Skillset :
- Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record of customer success experience via phone, email, and chat.
- Ability to work on multiple tools simultaneously like Zoho, phone calls, chat tools, etc.
- Problem-solving and developing strong relationships with key customers to build a trusted partnership.
- Bachelor's Degree in business, technology, communications.
- Relevant Experience of 1 - 2 years.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
