Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Person to join our team in the event industry. The
Sales Person will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships
with clients, and driving sales growth for our event services and offerings. The ideal candidate

Responsibilities:
1. Identify and prospect potential clients in the event industry through various channels,
including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
2. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly sales
targets.
3. Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitors, and
opportunities for business expansion.
4. Present and demonstrate our event & teambuilding services and solutions to prospective
clients, highlighting the unique value propositions and benefits.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of
customer satisfaction and repeat business.
6. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies,
promotional campaigns, and marketing materials.
7. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients,
addressing their specific needs and requirements.
8. Negotiate terms and pricing agreements, ensuring profitability while meeting the client's
budgetary constraints.
9. Stay updated with industry developments, attend conferences, trade shows, and
networking events to stay connected with industry professionals and potential clients.
10. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to the management team,
highlighting achievements, challenges, and growth opportunities.
