• Develop Relationship with the Existing and Potential Clients to Understand Their Needs and Provide the Best Real Estate Solution.

• Call On Potential or Existing Clients to Setting Appointments and Making Prospect/client Visits.

• Update, Maintain, and Build the E-sales Database with Updated Client Information, Prospects and New Contacts.

• Schedule and Conduct Weekly Sales Meetings and Achieving Targets.

• Liaising Between Customers and the Company for Up-to-date Status of Service, Pricing and New Product Release Launches.

• Serve as a Representative for Clients from Start to the End of Transaction Closing.

• Positive Attitude for Doing 2-3 Meetings Each Day, for Meeting New People and Someone Who Enjoys Doing Sales.
