Should have very good knowledge of Residential/Commercial Projects in Gurgaon.

Identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.

Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.

Organizing sales visits, presenting products to achieve their monthly targets.

Manage client query on the phone and convert tele-conversation into a personal meeting.

Provide the best possible solution to the customers.

To ensure that the targets are achieved according to the business plan.

Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.

Negotiate terms and close the deal.

Key responsibility would be generate business for the organization.
