The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
KR Printers is a printing press based in Ghazipur Paper Market, Delhi - . We are manufacturers of the following items:
1. New year diaries and calendars
2. Stationery items for schools and colleges such as answer sheets, student diaries and other paper based products
3. Jobwork of bookbinding for publishers
Responsibilities
- Identifying the potential customers via emails/cold calling, and converting them
- Attending the leads shared by marketing executive
- Visiting offline market and executing meetings with bigger printing houses who could outsource their requirements to us
- Meeting publishers for bookbinding jobwork
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives in schools, colleges and corporates
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
- Preparing monthly sales reports and presenting them to the higher management.
- Understanding the current market potentials.
- Resolving customers complaints and issues if any before making the sale.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest technologies and developments in the industry.
Compensation
Fixed pay: Rs. per month
Commission: 4% of order value
Our monthly billing target is Rs. 8 lakhs so a good candidate can take home a decent pay with fixed+ commission.
