Job description:
Responsibilities:
1. Generate leads through Social Selling, Telephone, Email, and Text, and keep the pipeline always full of prospects
2. Show properties to potential buyers, and advise them on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting
3. Answer any questions that potential buyers may have about the property, about contracts and terms of sale
4. Keep track of trends and developments in the local real estate community and stay updated on the market scenario for home sales in Pune
5. Perform related duties as assigned
Requirements:
1. 2-4 years of client-facing experience in leading real estate companies, especially in presenting and selling high-end properties, such as luxury villas and luxury apartments to affluent customers
2. Track record of successfully closed deals in the residential real estate
3. Understanding of customers needs and wants relating to housing
4. Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
5. Strong work ethic, and a pleasant and trustworthy demeanor
6. Working knowledge of MS Office applications, such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
7. Fluency in Marathi, Hindi & English
