Job Description:
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects. Researching and analyzing sales
options.
Strong problem solving and client interaction skills, and ability to work in result-oriented
team environment.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance,
researching, and recommending new opportunities.
Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Communicating with clients or employers about project, event or campaign expectations
and goals.
Answer telephones and respond to inquiries from clients and participants.
Create, compile and export databases containing all information for each event.
Deal with customer complaints or issues.
Supporting other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating
correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.
Being an active member in supporting the collective well-being of the organization and
team, to provide quality educational service worldwide.
