Job Description
- Identifying the prospective customers through various means to match with our product range.
- Understand clients needs and propose solutions that suit them best.
- Provide advisory / consultation to customers in marketing and purchasing our property for the best deal under the best terms.
- Accompany the customer for site visits & display property to them
- Conducting sales calls and closing the leads
- Continuous follow up with the customers and building & retaining client relationships through continuous follow up with clients for their requirements.
- Maintain and update customer databases.
- Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts.
- Develop network and engage with various channel partners / brokers & promote sales.
- Lead external agencies, when appropriate, to effectively manage events, press relationships, editorial requests, presentations, promotional materials and online activities.
- Participate in active marketing initiatives, attending industry events, exhibitions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3 - 5 years experience in real estate sales/marketing mandatory
- Good communication, presentation, influencing and negotiation skills
- Should be fluent in English & Malayalam
- Customer-facing skills
- Commercial awareness and business acumen
- The ability to think strategically
- Creativity
- An eye for detail
- Analytical skills to evaluate marketing campaigns
- Drive and self-motivation
