1. Experience: 0 - 4 years preferably in banks, insurance, FMCG, real estate, Fuel card/Fastag sales, Logistics background.

2. Salary: Rs 12 k to 15K (Fixed) + Heavy Incentives (50% of product value)

3. They should have a 2 Wheeler and Smart Phone Android

4. They should preferably be young and energetic since the payout will be incentive driven.

5. Good Peoples Skill & Street Smart.

6. People with a background in banking sales(CaSa, Loans, Credit Cards, DEMAT accounts), FMCG Sales, Real estate or any other target driven job would be a good fit for the role.
