Experience Required Minimum 02 years as operations executive/ AM 2. Job Role - Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Monitoring the retail partners on day to day basis. - Fine best ways to generate revenues by attracting more retailers. - Collaboration of retails with head office and Corporate Office Delhi. - Solve the queries of retailers and stockiest if any. - Attend meetings on monthly basis at Corporate Office Delhi.

- Taking care of day to day administration work.

- Facilitate key business objectives of Renewal, Escalation, Upgrade and Gross Margin improvement through Retailer Management and Stockholder mapping. - Develop and negotiate potential business opportunities with existing and new retailers. - Ensure high team satisfaction and minimal attrition. - Accurate Billing to Receivables through clean handover and timely collection of payments from customers. - Resource management and planning to meet/satisfy customer needs. - Building and implementation of solutions to address Retailer escalations and attend service delivery escalations. - Counsel/ guide front line operations resources to deliver values through adherence including

generating reports/feedback. - Hold staff meetings with direct reports to guarantee effective communication. - This includes collecting the data and verifying the data to getting the reports delivered/ distributed on
