Roles and Responsibilities:

Understand zerozam Digital Queue Management Product and how it works.

Get potential customers who will be using this product.

Help implement Digital queue management at client place.

Get trained on this product and explain over phone to the clients about this product,

After sales support for customers.

Coordinating with tech support team on handover of all duties.

Act as local business representative of zerozam.

Customer interaction work will be there.
