The primary focus of this role is to achieve the expected sales and revenue targets for the assigned Rubber/Elastomeric & Speciality Cables Category.
Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for achieving sales targets of Rubber/Elastomeric Cables vertical including speciality cables.
Responsible to generate new business/develop new clients.
Responsibility to handle customer calls and follow-ups, quotation price negotiation, finalizing the quotation, meeting with customers, payment terms and delivery terms till order execution and payment receipt.
Candidates with adequate experience and have strong contacts in the following industries such as steel, cement, glass, ship buildings, aviation, mining, oil & gas, shipping, and chemicals, etc industry will be preferred.
Candidate should have knowledge of ship wiring and Defense uses to mining cables for landline, LHD & SDL machines, Drills, Coal cutters, Stacker-Reclaimers and earth moving equipment. Special power & control cables for oil rigs, traction motors, brush gear connectors, tap changers for EMUs, AC coaches and wind energy generators.
Strong sales and marketing background, proven track record, target-oriented, good communication skills, analytical and presentation skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
BE/B. Tech is a must.
Candidate must have experience in sales and/or marketing of over 2-5 years.
Candidate must have knowledge and information of the Rubber/Elastomeric Cables and its various products and such uses industries.

Industry preferred: Wires and Cables Industry
Experience: 2 - 5 Years (Wire & Cable industry preferred)
