Purpose of the Role
Responsible for meeting sales targets through the Assigned Projects
Job Description
Sell company products/services to targeted customers in the assigned area of the branch
Attend all inquiry calls within TAT
Generating Own leads by way of Door to Door activity & Through Cold calls in the assigned area
Submitting Daily call reports to branch Sales In charge
Conducting weekly BTL activity through Kiosk activity / Leafleting / Boucher Distribution etc
Conducting & participating in Ground activity / Group activity to counter competition
Generating sales from Low Utilized Elements within the assigned area to maximize Capacity utilization
Assist Branch Sales In charge in the preparation of Sales plan for the area Key Result Areas
The role is responsible for acquiring new clients for business growth and maximizing the profits of the organization by meeting the required sales targets
Education
Must be at least 12th pass
Work Experience
Should have 1-6 years of experience in Direct Sales
Experience in broadband sales
Should have experience of door to door sales
Must have a two-wheeler along with a valid driving license
Competency:
Ability to Influence, Customer Sensitivity, Execution Excellence/Do it Right, Functional Expertise, Passion, Situation Handling
Note:- Bike and DL are mandatory.
