2)It will be a hardcore On-Field B2B Sales Job.
3)Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain.
4)Self-generate leads and build an effective pipeline of prospective clients to meet monthly set targets.
5)Conduct research to identify new markets and client needs.
6)Promote the company’s value add subscriptions to onboarded venue clients.
7)Document sales contracts and ensure adherence to law-established rules & guidelines
8)Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
9)Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
10)Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
11)Develop & Train entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.
Requirements:
1)Candidate with 3-5 years of Work experience as a BDM, Sales Executive, or any relevant role
2)Own Conveyance – 2 Wheeler/4 Wheeler (Fuel will be reimbursed)
3)Proven sales track record
4)Proficient in MS Office
5)Proficient in oral and written - Hindi & English
6)Market/Industry knowledge
7)Ability to build rapport, Good Communication, and negotiation skills
