IDENTIFICATION / PRESENTATIONS TO HOSPITAL AUTHORITIES
Identifying potential hospitals to partner with for our services, driving revenue through them and achieve set monthly / Quarterly / Yearly targets.
BUSINESS ASSOCIATION WITH DOCTORS.
Managing a portfolio of minimum 50 doctors (General Practitioners and Super Specialities like Pulmonologists / Neurologists / Orthopaedic / Intensivists / Cardiologist / Paediatrician)
Meeting doctors on a regular basis and generating leads through them for Company Services.
Sales Executive is responsible to activate all the doctors from the assigned portfolio and ensure business contribution from them and achieve monthly / Quarterly and yearly targets
Sales Executive is responsible for ensuring our marketing collaterals (Brochures / Posters / Standees) are available and displayed at all assigned clinics and hospitals
LEAD GENERATION / PROSPECTING & CLOSURE
Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads from the assigned doctors / Hospital's portfolio by maintaining good rapport with support staff, doctors, hospital authorities.
Sales Executive is responsible for seeking permission from the hospitals / doctors for conducting BTL activities at respective clinics / Hospitals with help of the Marketing team.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
Sales Executive is responsible for ensuring good customer service to his / her hospitals / doctors / Customers and ensuring minimum escalations.
Sales Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between the allocation team / clinical team, hospital, doctor and clients.
MARKET SURVEY AND FEEDBACKS
Sales Executive is responsible for giving market feedback pro-actively on challenges, competition, innovation etc.
