Purpose of the role:

To ensure high quality delivery of relevant Micro finance products & Business Loan and LAP services to our clients in a fair and transparent manner.

Key Responsibilities:

To Ensure Access to Equitas Products and services to maximum micro finance eligible members.

Adherence to process and compliance as defined by the organization

Loan disbursement process to be done first time right .

Monthly productivity target for loan disbursement & Collection to achieved month on month

Qualifications:

Graduation: (Please specify preferences, if any): Any Graduate
