Key Responsibilities:
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients through various sales channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking events.
• Understand client needs and present design solutions that meet their requirements and budget.
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure clients' needs are met and deliverables are produced on time and on budget.
• Attend industry events to promote the agency and its services.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within a design or marketing agency.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
• Strong understanding of design and marketing principles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
