We are hunting for a smart, passionate, aggressive 'Woman Sales Lead' who is responsible for lead generation, maintaining relationships with clients, and driving and closing sales through innovative channels and ideas.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Research accounts, identify key prospects, and generate interest.
Source new sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and requirements.
Route qualified opportunities to the sales manager if required for further development and closure.
Achieve monthly targets by closing sales
Maintain and expand the database of prospects.
Team with partners to build pipeline and close deals.
Perform effective online demos to prospects when required.
Required Qualification:
You are a seasoned sales professional with a hunter mentality
Minimum of 6 Months of experience and maximum of 1 year experience in a Sales and Account Management role.
Proven relationship building capability with C-Level Executives
Proven inside sales, sales, and business development experience
Strong phone presence, excellent verbal and written communications skills and the ability to articulate thoughts and ask the right questions is a must
Candidates MUST be based in CHENNAI and be able to join immediately.
