Job Description

Owning the compete sales cycle for the leads assigned to you. This includes cold calling, product demonstration, sales closing and post sales relation management.

Maintaining a constant communication channel with leads through phone, meetings , email, chat and social media during the pre and post sales processes.

Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions with the leads and provide constant feedback to the managers in order to optimize lead closure.

Skills Required:

Graduate with excellent written and spoken communication skills.

In-depth knowledge of performance metrics.

Good computer skills, especially MS Excel.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Organizational and time-management skills.

Decision-making skills.

Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus.
