Position: Sales Executive/ Senior Sales Executive/ Assistant Manager/ Territory Sales Incharge/ Territory Sales Officer/ Sales Officer/ Senior Sales Officer

Responsibilities: -

• Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.

• Develop and manage an efficient distribution/ Retailers network to improve sales performance.

• Become a SPOC between Distributors and Dealers.

• Be able to visit retail counters to market different range of products

• Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.

• Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence.

• Develop creative promotional strategies to attract more customers.

Desired profile:

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any field. Post-Graduation in Sales & Marketing and formal education in Electricals will be an added advantage but not mandatory.

Industry: Switches, Wires, Cables, LED, Switchgear

Experience: 2-10 Years.

Skills: Excellent Communication, Active Listening, Negotiation Skills, Critical Thinking, etc.
