Overview: -

We are Seeking an Experienced & Analytical Sales Operating Officer or City Head

for a SAAS Platform-based early-stage Start-Up.

Roles and Responsibilities: -

· Conduct market research as and when required for the execution of new

initiatives and CSAT.

Will be responsible for State profitability,

· Execution of BTL activities in the region

· KPI’s:-

o Customers Onboarding

o Customer Acquisition.

o Customer Retention.

o Customer negotiation and escalation management skills.

Skills:-

· Have an understanding of Profit and Loss and Other financial metrics.

· Sales execution and Team management.

· Customer Relationship management.

· B2B sales/ Retailer network management.

· Sales Growth management.

· Sales Strategy.

· Basic Knowledge of IT and Tech.
