Excellent customer service and sales skills.
Strong verbal and written communication.

Basic knowledge required in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
Roles and Responsibilities
Set appointments with the customers and invite them to the store to experience Royal Enfield motorcycles and Accessories.
To understand customers requirements
To match the right motorcycle based on customer's needs.
To Explain the technical features, advantages and benefits of Royal Enfield motorcycles to the customers
Facilitating test drive of Royal Enfield bike in store to create unique product experience.
Sales closure
Update customer details on the DMS (Dealer management system) on regular basis - Ensure data capture as per RE-CODE.
Check the customer for Finance requirements if needed and coordinate with Finance/Bank Executive and process loan facility.
Ensure smooth execution of required process such as test ride of the vehicle with all safety measures.
Carry out vehicle allocation as per norms, follow up with customer for confirmation of allocation, check with customer appropriate date for invoicing.
Prepare customer invoice, coordinate the customer with Bank/ finance executive for payment related quarries and finalize delivery date with delivery manager and customer.
Maintaining all customer documents and preparing the invoice.
Coordinate between the customer and insurance person as per the process.
Post Booking Process, Confirm vehicle receipt in the system post PDI from PDI executive.
