Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Making cold calls to prospective customers to avail Janitory Services.
Must be very effective in booking the janitor services for customers and ensure quality customer service.
Must efficiently set goals and work on so as to avoid any escalations and maintain the relevancy and quality while providing service to the customers.
Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and proficiency with an UK accent is a must, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook)
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
0-1 years of experience in Janitory booking.
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
Must have passed 12/PUC and above.
Physical Requirements:
Convincing skills, ability to multi-task, ability to set priorities and manage time efficiently, good organizational skills , active listener, consistency.
Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance.
Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone.
