• Understand customer queries and needs, explain TATA vehicles features and Advantages.

• Achieve The Monthly Targets

• Collecting the Necessary Documents from Customers

• Vehicles Bookings & Payment Follow-up

• Vehicle Delivery as committed date and time.

• Maintain all records on dedicated software, stay up-to-date on changes

• Co-ordinate with Customers & sales team and close the leads successfully.

• Maintain reports

• Any other related work as assigned by supervisor
