Client: A hyperlocal farm to fork start-up

Position: Sales Executive - Field Sales

Experience: 0 - 2 yrs (Ok to look at freshers with good communication skills)

Location: Bangalore

Notice period: Immediate to 15 days

Salary: upto 3 LPA + incentives based on customer app download

Job Type: Full-time, Contract. Contract for 12 months

Responsibilities:

a) Sell company products to targeted customers in the assigned area of the branch

b) Generating Own leads by way of Door to Door activity in the assigned area

c) Submitting Daily call reports to branch Sales In charge

d) Conducting weekly BTL activity through Kiosk activity / Leafleting / Boucher Distribution etc.

e) Conducting & participating in on Ground activity / Group activity to counter competition

f) Assist Branch Sales In charge in the preparation of Sales plan for the area

Desired Candidate Profile :

1. It is a field job, 'English' is compulsory along with local language

2. Good communication skills

3. Freshers with an aptitude for Sales/Marketing are welcome

4. Should be flexible to work in Field

5. Attractive Incentives will be provided apart from Salary

6. 6 days working and 1 Week Off will be provided on a weekday
