Job Title: Business Development Associate

A growing Ed-Tech company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business
Development Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in
the development and execution of the company's growth strategy, with a focus on
driving sales and building partnerships with new and existing customers. This is a great
opportunity for a fresh graduate or someone with 1-2 years of experience to develop
their business development skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
ï‚· Work closely with the Business Development Manager to develop and execute a
business development strategy that drives growth and revenue for the company.
ï‚· Identify and research new market opportunities and develop proposals to secure
new business.
ï‚· Build relationships with existing and potential customers, including the
preparation of presentations and the negotiation of contracts.
ï‚· Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market data to
identify new business opportunities.
ï‚· Maintain a detailed understanding of the company's products and services, and
provide customers with technical support and product information as required.
ï‚· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of
business development initiatives.
ï‚· Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company's products and
services and build relationships with customers.
Requirements:
ï‚· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
