Job Summary:
Our fast-paced FMCG company is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our sales operations in assigned territories, driving sales revenue, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve company sales goals and revenue targets
Identify and target new sales opportunities within assigned territories
Maintain and grow existing customer relationships, and develop new ones
Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends and customer needs
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
Attend trade shows and industry events to build brand awareness and generate new business
Monitor and analyze competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and threats
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in FMCG industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Valid drivers license and willingness to travel extensively
