    Good knowledge of B2B.

    Conduct weekly performance review and planning (PRP) for the team.

    Lead generation through cold calling.

    Generate new clients on a daily basis from a business perspective.

    Target achieving attitude.

    Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

    Strong communication & Interpersonal Skills.

    Able to build relationships, must have the ability to influence & manage conflicts.

    Must have negotiation & persuasion skills.

    Must be able to set goals, plan & manage projects, able to manage risk involved.

    Research & strategic analysis skills.

    Ability to find and develop new markets and improve sales.

    Knowledge in Sales Management, Marketing, Strategic Management, and Business Planning

    Two-wheeler is mandatory
