Responsibilities:
Generate Leads: Proactively identify and generate new leads in the education sector, including schools, colleges, coaching centers, and individual learners. Utilize various strategies such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking events to expand our customer base.
Sales Presentations: Conduct persuasive and informative sales presentations to potential customers, effectively showcasing the features and benefits of our EdTech products and services. Customize presentations to address specific customer needs and pain points.
Consultative Selling: Understand customer requirements, challenges, and objectives through active listening and needs analysis. Provide tailored solutions and recommendations to prospective customers, demonstrating how our products can meet their unique educational needs.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the education sector. Cultivate long-term partnerships through regular communication, product demonstrations, and exceptional customer service.
Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage sales leads and opportunities using a CRM system. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and progress. Regularly report on sales performance and provide forecasts to the sales manager.
