Job Description

SUMMARY

Identify potential areas of business, client data collection, correct product selection as per client’s requirement, solve customer issues, sales orders finalization, advance planning, and achieve monthly targets for sales, outstanding and daily development reports.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute strategies to promote our offer and translate them into sales.

Actively work with Electrical Contractor & Consultant to ensure alignment of technical specifications.

Identify new areas of activities and regularly report on competitors’ activities in the weekly reports such as marketing pricing, market size, new entrants and other related market information.

Formulating and developing steps and strategy to achieve the targeted sales turnover.

Generation of sales, with clients, having reputed and trusted track record of payment.

Developing clients network out of builders, developers, consultants, architects, interior designers, corporate houses, industries, govt and semi-govt organizations etc.

Devise, monitor and manage Sales and Marketing Channel Distribution Strategy.

Drive Business Growth by formulating new routes to market and suggesting new solutions.

To regularly undertake various Advertising and Sales Promotional activities in various media to build and sustain Brand Equity.

Monitor market intelligence within the industry in terms of Market development, new products projects, new customers and competitor’s activities.

Point of interface with other colleagues, seniors, directors, site teams, both internal and external for country prospects to further the lead Generation.

Deliver financial performance against Aspire/targets –viz order and revenue(Including payment recovery)

Enhance organizational effectiveness through setting up continuous improvements, organizational Processes, work practices and systems.

Preparation of visit reports and review of the work will be done on weekly basis.
