Brief about the role:
You will contribute to making CultureX the leading creative agency in the space of - Media Talent Hiring (Artist and Influencers), creative IP’s and aggregator. Your focus will be to understand the business at CultureX & acquire new clients with a creative bent of mind in the space of content, events, learning & marketing. You will be responsible for driving a 1CR+ revenue target. Preference will be given to immediate joiners.
Responsibilities:
Drive monthly sales targets via leads from existing relationships and outreach through LinkedIn, Calls, etc.
Targeted email campaigns, and other conventional ideas.
Build and nurture relationships with clients and agencies.
Manage a small team to drive results on time.
Devise and execute a successful business development strategy in line with the Company’s plans.
Pitch senior management/marketing teams at prospective clients with CultureX’s solutions & offerings.
Negotiate and close commercials and terms with multiple client stakeholders for both new and existing.
Drive Effective Partnerships.
Collaborate with the internal teams to smoothly onboard, retain, and grow newly won accounts.
Understand, share, and prioritize client and end-user needs to help CultureX improve product/service offerings.
Travel as and when required.
Develop pitches and plans for clients with a creative bent of mind
