Job Description

• Complete workflow support, product demonstrations, application consulting, workshops, on-site training and support, and support with technical queries.

• Cover commercial aspects of the pre and post-sales support process for diagnostics and life science products and instruments.

• Maintain and develop positive relationships with customers and references and assist in the development and maintenance of reference customers.

• Effective weekly/monthly planning and execution of field based activities.

• Support customers throughout the product lifecycle and provide customer product training when needed.
