Job Description

Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their software needs.

Present and demonstrate software solutions to prospects, addressing their business challenges.

Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.

Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to develop sales strategies and proposals.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.

Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to understand complex software solutions and explain them in simple terms.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Experience using CRM tools and sales analytics software.
