Roles & Responsibilities
Attend customers at the site and provide detailed information about the product and services.
Hitting individual & team sales target.
Follow up and continuous engagement with the customer till the deal gets close.
Build and promote long-lasting relationships with clients to expand the referral network.
Handle customer queries and complaints within the required time.
Identify new emerging markets and keep updated with market trends.
Craft and discuss a strategic marketing plan with team to achieve sales target.
Support sales team to maximize team potential.
Reporting On a Daily/Weekly Basis.
Candidates from Real Estate (Residential, Commercial) industry will be preferred with minimum 1 years of experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
Should be able to join immediately.
Good communication, confident and enthusiastic.
Good with MS Office
Good Knowledge about Real Estate Market,
Sales record with consistent delivery against commitments.
Ability to work independently.
Building and managing relationships with clients.
Understanding of the real estate market and competitive environment.
