Job Description

Promote and Sell: Actively market Webcram Career Academys professional courses and services (such as web development, digital marketing, and IT services) to potential clients, including students, professionals, and businesses.

Client Engagement: Build relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business.

Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to new prospects through various channels (social media, cold calls, referrals, and networking), ensuring a steady pipeline of potential clients.

Voice Process (International): Handle outbound and inbound phone-based sales for international clients. Provide support, answer queries, and close deals over the phone for English-speaking markets.

Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth for the academy through proactive efforts and effective sales strategies.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to develop strategies, share insights, and ensure alignment in meeting overall business goals.

Customer Support: Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and address any queries or concerns related to the courses or services.

Market Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor offerings to refine sales approaches and identify new opportunities for growth.

Reporting: Regularly update sales progress and report to the management on achievements, challenges, and new strategies to optimize performance.
