Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and handle incoming queries regarding two-wheeler products.

You will be responsible for conducting lead generation activities in the area allocated to you.

Utilize strong consulting and negotiation skills to effectively sell two wheelers and provide compelling services to customers.

Prepare and present two-wheeler sales quotations, follow up via email, and provide confident and comprehensive assistance to each prospect.

Maintain a high call volume, including fresh calls and follow-ups.

Meet revenue targets and track performance against actual sales.

Generate reference leads to expand the customer base.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Demonstrated success in telesales or sales roles.

Excellent phone etiquette and a friendly, engaging phone voice.

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a polished approach.

Average written and verbal communication skills in English.

Flexibility and openness to innovation and process improvements.
