Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Executive with a proven track record in sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales processes, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing effective e-learning solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales and revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for VISPLs e-learning platform and content solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their training and development needs
Conduct product presentations and demos to potential clients, showcasing the value of VISPLs services
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collaborate with internal teams to align client expectations and project deliverables
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management team
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in e-learning, digital content, or related industries
Excellent sales skills with a strong understanding of customer relationship management
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
