Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to promote Astro 360s products and services.

Identify potential customers and engage them via calls, emails, and social media outreach.

Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating product benefits and addressing objections.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure sales campaigns align with promotional efforts.

Conduct product demonstrations and consultations to inform customers.

Monitor and report on sales performance, including tracking revenue targets and gathering customer feedback.

Assist in developing affiliate and referral sales programs.

Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by following up on orders and resolving queries.

Requirements:

Experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to understand and articulate astrology-related products and services.

Knowledge of e-commerce sales strategies is a plus.

Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet sales targets.

About Vils

We started our journey five years ago as a research project, to understand the sentiments and emotions of social media users, and this made us contemplate the triggering points of how these sentiments are affected. In this process we came across different psychological theories that helped us understand the actions portrayed on social media. Hence, to develop a computational model in tandem with this, we performed several empirical studies and built an AI behavioural model which now assesses humans in terms of three dimensions - personal, social and negative side.
