Seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join as Sales & Service Representative for Medical Devices. An ideal candidate with keen interest in medical technology and has basic understanding of critical instruments like endoscopes, sterilization equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
• Promote and sell medical devices to hospitals and other healthcare facilities.
• Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
Service:
• Provide technical support and maintenance services for our medical devices.
• Install, configure, demonstrate, and test new equipment at client sites.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.
• Train clients on the proper use and maintenance of our devices.
Qualifications:
• Degree or Diploma Biomed. Engineer, Electronics, or any healthcare field.
• Basic knowledge of critical medical instruments and equipment.
• Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer-focused with a strong service orientation.
Preferred Skills:
• Previous experience in a similar role or internship in medical device industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of sterilization equipment and operating theatre (OT) instruments.
• Sales experience in a healthcare or medical device setting.
