Seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join as Sales & Service Representative for Medical Devices. An ideal candidate with keen interest in medical technology and has basic understanding of critical instruments like endoscopes, sterilization equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
Promote and sell medical devices to hospitals and other healthcare facilities.
Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals.
Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
Service:
Provide technical support and maintenance services for our medical devices.
Install, configure, demonstrate, and test new equipment at client sites.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.
Train clients on the proper use and maintenance of our devices.
Qualifications:
Degree or Diploma Biomed. Engineer, Electronics, or any healthcare field.
Basic knowledge of critical medical instruments and equipment.
Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
Willingness to travel frequently.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Customer-focused with a strong service orientation.
Preferred Skills:
Previous experience in a similar role or internship in medical device industry is a plus.
Knowledge of sterilization equipment and operating theatre (OT) instruments.
Sales experience in a healthcare or medical device setting.
