Job Description

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct thorough research to identify potential new markets for exports.

Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape in target countries.

Develop a market entry strategy for each identified market.

Sales Campaign Planning and Execution:

Plan and implement sales campaigns tailored to the specific needs and preferences of each target market.

Develop marketing materials and strategies that resonate with local consumers.

Stay up-to-date with current consumer trends and adjust campaigns accordingly.

Sales Negotiation and Management:

Negotiate sales terms, pricing, and contracts with international clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Set and achieve sales targets and performance metrics.

Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution:

Identify and resolve any issues related to the export process, including logistics, compliance, and customer complaints.

Work closely with internal teams and handle them (., logistics, compliance, customer service) to ensure smooth operations.

Implement corrective actions to prevent future issues.

Reporting and Analysis:

Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.

Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management.

Use data and insights to improve sales strategies and performance.

Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.

Manage all necessary export documentation and procedures.

Stay informed about changes in trade laws and regulations.
