We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
Showcase properties and provide expert knowledge of the local market.
Negotiate sales and close deals.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Stay up to date on market trends and competitor activity.
Maintain accurate records and reports.
Requirements:
About 6 Months to 1+Years of sales experience (Experience in Real Estate is Preferred).
Fluency In Kannada, English, Hindi is a must and Telugu is a plus
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
